Job Description

Communicate with Japanese clients on all project-related matters.
Analyze, clarify and transfer client’s requests and requirements to project team members.
Verify and develop design documents.
Develop and perform test cases to verify deliverables.
Control all inbound and outbound project’s materials.
Manage project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or up majoring in software engineer, computer science or relevant background.

• Japanese speaking and writing skills equivalent to N2 or above is required.

• Can write the basic design documents of the software.

• Have knowledge about Software Development Process, Object Orient Programming…

• Have experience in with any of programming languages Java, .NET, C/C++, MS Access/Excel VBA...

• Good at logical thinking and analysis.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).

• High responsibility and teamwork spirit.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.
