Job description

- We are currently looking for Technical Architect to support our ambitious growth strategy and solve issues for projects. This position partners closely with our customers, channel partners and Communication’s development Team to deliver customer-driven, state-of-art IT outsources. This position will focus in Infrastructure design, improving corporate networks and will be involved in improving the design of the Infrastructure that applications sit on.

Role & Responsibilities:

- The Technical Architect work directly with customers in US/EU and consult technology solutions to serve strategic development needs and optimize operations.

- The Technical Architect will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including requirements analysis, conceptual design, project estimation, detailed design, software construction and deployment.

- The Technical Architect will also facilitate and lead the core development process as well as ensure proper interaction with existing or new technology.

- And having Good Mindset for Development schedule/Quality/Self-Study.

- Lead the Project team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the management of the product backlog and inventor

- Provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure effective and continuous delivery pipeline with the appropriate level of automation

Must have:

- Excellent English ability (writing, verbal) and able to communicate effectively at all levels (must be able to present to a group of stakeholders).

- 5+ years experience in web and mobile development with minimum 3 years experience of leadership.

- Having high-level of knowledge, masters programming language resources, and have great knowledge of fundamental frameworks for Java or other frameworks such as .NET/.NET Core or NodeJS.

- Good understanding of common architectural patterns and design patterns in software engineering

- Good experience on working at least one cloud platform (Azure or AWS or GCP).

- Good knowledge of Non-Functional Requirements (e.g. Security, Performance, Scalability…). Be able to identify, treat, interpret and come up with conclusions about Non-Functional Requirements of a project.

- Good understanding of Database and Query Performance Tuning.

- Good experience on engineering practices (CI/CD and Software Testing)

- Strong problem-solving skill.

- Understands and expresses himself/herself in English freely, fluently and accurately, and can infer information from what has been spoken or written in more complex situations.

- Be able to demonstrate calmness and self-control even in adverse situations.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:

- Knowledge on Container/Docker/Kubernetes

- Familiar with working in an Agile environment

- Experience of leading/organizing technical events such as tech seminar, coding contest, hackathon

- Experience with at least one of programming languages/framework such as React Native/ReactJS/Java Spring/NodeJS.

- Strong knowledge of various software development practices such as Agile, XP, LEAN and DevOps. Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.

- International education and/or experience working abroad is considered a strong asset (as most of our customers are based outside of Vietnam).

- Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure

- Strong leadership team and manage task
